Today, the official visit of the Board of Directors of Future Union to the city of Guangzhou commenced, coinciding with the opening of the company’s new branch in the Chinese market.

This visit comes as part of the Board’s keenness to inspect a number of promising projects, particularly in the energy sector, where the company places strategic importance on this vital field. This step reflects the institution’s confidence in the Chinese market and its ability to compete in one of the world’s largest markets.

The opening of the company’s branch in China marks a significant milestone in Future Union’s expansion journey.

At the outset of the visit, Dr. Hassan Al-Dhugairi, Vice Chairman of the Board, extended his thanks to Ms. Vanessa, General Manager of Future Union – China, commending her outstanding efforts in management and organization, which contributed to the successful launch of the new branch and the smooth reception of the visiting delegation.

The Board of Directors of Future Union Group, its Branch Managers, all employees, and all affiliated companies extend their deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to His Excellency Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hamad bin Nasser Al Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of the Board of Future Union Group, on the grievous loss that has befallen the ruling family and the brotherly people of the State of Qatar following the passing of His Highness the Father Amir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. May Almighty God have mercy upon his soul.

We join His Excellency, the esteemed Al Thani family, and the people of Qatar in mourning this profound loss. We pray to Almighty God to grant the late Father Amir His infinite mercy, admit him into His eternal Paradise, and reward him abundantly for his outstanding leadership, remarkable achievements, and the comprehensive development and prosperity he brought to his nation—an enduring legacy admired and recognized both regionally and internationally.

Future Union Registers as an Approved Buyer with Dangote Refinery in Strategic Move to Secure Petroleum Products

As part of expanding its operations and ensuring stable supply chains for petroleum products, Future Union has announced a strategic cooperation agreement with the Dangote Refinery in Nigeria, one of the largest and most advanced refineries in Africa.

During a meeting held at the refinery’s headquarters in Lagos, Mr. Hassan Al-Dughriry, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Dr. AbdelGalil Sharaf, CEO of Future Union, met with:

· Mr. David Burt, CEO of Dangote Refinery,
· Hajia Fatima Dangote, Sales Director, and the refinery’s sales team.

The parties discussed Future Union’s petroleum product requirements for the entire year and reached an agreement to:

1. Register Future Union as an approved supplier with Dangote Refinery.
2. Execute the first direct purchase order for petroleum products, paving the way for a long-term partnership.
